Wholesale Registration Request

Please complete Steps 1 and 2 below to help us verify that you are eligible for wholesale purchasing with Quilters Hangup®.

Step 1: Certificate of Resale

In order to qualify for sales tax-exemption, we are required to document your seller's permit number and obtain a signed Certificate of Resale. Please print the Certificate of Resale presented below, and fax to T. Cowan Company at (916) 408-1176.
